Regenerated Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) A Grade is made from polyester waste material mainly in forms of polyester bottle flakes, sometimes filament rocks, therefore when quality is produced well suitable for many industrial applications like polyester non-woven, battings, fiber fill etc., cost-effectiveness is the most distinctive advantage in comparison with 100% virgin PSF. AA Grade is made partly on virgin polyester chip and partly bottle flakes, representing a high-end quality which has been similar to virgin fiber, whereas cost-saving is still distinctive compared with 100% virgin fiber.

In our factories, we produce around 30,000metric tons annually. Our main regenerated PSF items cover solid fiber from 0.9D-15D; Hollow and conjugate 2.5D-38D, multi-hole 8D-15D. Siliconised and Non-Siliconised fiber are both options for users. We also can produce special PSF 3D-15D, color fiber, black and white fiber, carbon black color change fiber. These products are widely used in spinning, non-woven, padding, mattress, needle-punched fabric, industrial base cloth, quilt, pillow, stuffed toy and man-made fur etc.
